Cabinet data
To run your account we store your email address, name and sign-in method (Google, Apple or email), and the data you enter: farms, fields (by name, with a map outline only if you add one), spray records, products, stock, customers, operator names and certificates, store coordinates, documents and settings. We use it only to provide Leafwrit to you. The legal basis is performing our contract with you, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle collects your payment details and billing address under its own privacy notice. We receive the status of your subscription, not your card number.
Map and address search
When you open the map where you draw a field boundary, your browser loads the map tiles directly from the OpenStreetMap Foundation (tile.openstreetmap.org, street map) and from EOX IT Services (tiles.maps.eox.at, satellite image). When you search for an address, the text you type is sent with a country code to komoot (photon.komoot.io) and, if nothing is found there, to the OpenStreetMap Foundation (nominatim.openstreetmap.org). These services receive your IP address and the map area you view or the text you search for. We send them no account data. This happens only while you use the map or the address search. Their privacy policies: OpenStreetMap Foundation, EOX, komoot. The legal basis is performing our contract with you, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
Document drafts
When you prepare an official form on the website and send it to the cabinet, the draft is kept on our server for 24 hours and can be fetched once. After that it is deleted.
How long we keep data
Your account data stays while your account exists. If you delete your account, your farm is closed together with it once you have exported your data; if other people share the farm, ownership must be handed over first. Website audience statistics contain no email addresses or form contents.
Cookies and tracking
Rybbit audience measurement runs from the first pageview on every page, independently of marketing choices. The operator runs it on their own servers to understand which pages help readers. We use it to assess page usefulness and campaign effectiveness. We do not share audience-measurement data with third parties. It sets no cookies and does not access browser storage; clickid is not saved or reused. We measure page paths with only these URL parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid, msclkid, ref (sent to the analytics server, never persisted in browser storage), referrers, browser and device information, language, visits, clicks, downloads, technical errors, scroll depth and calculator outcomes. Our custom events contain no email, form contents or calculator inputs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the portal, GDPR Article 6(1)(f). To object, email [email protected].
Export and deletion
You can export all your data at any time, free of charge, and delete your account in the cabinet. You can also write to [email protected] to ask for access, correction, deletion or to object to processing. For payment data held by Paddle, use Paddle's privacy preferences.
Cookies and browser storage
EU/UK: Meta marketing cookies stay off until you accept. You can accept, reject or change your choice in Cookie settings. US: On US pages, Meta marketing is on by default. Global Privacy Control (GPC) and your opt-out block it. Reject or use Cookie settings to change your choice. When enabled, Meta Pixel sends page visits and browser information to Meta, including in the USA, to build advertising audiences. Rejecting does not limit access. Withdrawing marketing permission stops further Meta tracking and reloads the page. It does not erase data already received by Meta or stop Rybbit audience measurement.
