The service
Leafwrit is software for keeping spray application records: farms, fields, products, stock, spray records, documents for your country and reminders about deadlines. It is a software product. We do not provide consulting, legal or agronomic services, and the articles on this website are general reference material with sources and review dates, not advice for your individual case or permission to apply a product. Check the original source and the rules that apply to your operation. Using Leafwrit does not by itself make your records compliant.
Your account
You sign up with Google, Apple or an email address and a password; only email sign-up needs email confirmation. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and do not share it. Your farm data belongs to you. You can export all of it at any time, free of charge, on every plan. Do not send spam, attack the service or bypass its limits.
Plans and prices
The Free plan covers one farm with two editors and 20 saved spray records for all time. Paid plans (Farm, Team and Bureau 10, plus an extra farm for Bureau) have no such limits on people, hectares or records. Prices are on the pricing page, shown without VAT and sales tax; tax is added at checkout where it applies. A paid plan renews automatically every month or every year, whichever you chose, until you cancel.
Free trial
Each paid plan starts with a 14-day trial. You enter a bank card to start it. We email you 3 days before the first charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged. Otherwise the card is charged the price of your plan for the period you chose.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time with the cancel button in the cabinet. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for. You can still export all your data after cancelling.
Payments and Paddle
Our payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as a reseller of our product and is the seller on record for each order (the Merchant of Record). Paddle collects the payment, takes care of VAT and sales tax and processes refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Leafwrit does not see or store your card number.
Refunds
You can get all your money back within 30 days of any payment, with no conditions. How to ask is on the refund policy page.
Your data and privacy
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and your data.
